Scott Conference Center, UNO, 6450 Pine St.
11:30 am - 1:00 pm
Due to the current increase in COVID-19 cases in Douglas County, coupled with the recently announced mask-mandate from the Douglas County Board of Health and at the urging of Commissioner Mike Boyle, we have decided to postpone the Anne Boyle Luncheon.
We have set a tentative date for October 9 and are working with the venue to move forward with the event. We apologize for the short notice and regret any inconvenience this may cause. Our number one concern is the health and safety of our supporters, so we are confident this is the right decision to make.
All tickets – whether in-person or virtual – and table purchases that have already occurred will be honored at the rescheduled date. If you have any questions, please contact Chair CJ King at [email protected] or 402-651-7146.
Please join us for the second annual Anne Boyle Luncheon honoring the accomplishments and contributions of Democratic Women in Douglas County!
Anne Boyle Lifetime Achievement: Lynne Elwood
DCDP Mentorship Award: Kimara Snipe
DCDP Rising Star Award: Dr. Erin Feichtinger and Morgann Freeman
With the restrictions that COVID-19 has placed on our lives, we at the Douglas County Democratic Party have approached the planning of this event with the health and safety of our diverse supporters in mind. We have been assured by the SCC that there will be proper social-distancing measures in place to meet the guidelines recommended by the CDC, the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services and the Douglas County Health Department.
If you are not wanting to attend in-person, we will also be offering a virtual portion of the event for individual ticket buyers. You will still have full access to the keynote address and the award presentations, but unfortunately would not have a meal.
Tables of 6: $500
In-Person Tickets: $50
Virtual Event Tickets: $50
