DCDP County Convention

The County Convention is the supreme decision body of the county party.  It has several responsibilities:
– elect delegates to the State Convention (in Hastings this year)
– elect county party officers
– elect a new Central Committee
– consider and act upon any proposed changes to the party Constitution and Bylaws
– adopt resolutions to be presented at State Convention

Since this is a Presidential election year, the county conventions are the first step in selecting Nebraska’s delegates to go to the National Convention.
